Photographers (Worldwide) (Not currently recruiting but feel free to submit your details to us and we will keep them on record)
Here at Venture we are looking for photographers who either specialise in shooting live music shows, or are willing to shoot these types of events. Depending on the event a show review may be needed to go alongside your set of images.
What do I need to apply:
- Online portfolio
- Be 15 years old +
- Have access to or own a digital camera – a DSLR is preferable but we know not everyone is made of funny.
- Have basic knowledge of grammar to comply with writing show reviews if necessary
- Be willing to travel to different shows within your local area

Music Journalists (Worldwide)
Here at Venture we are always looking for aspiring journalists to join our team! In this role you would be asked to submit features, album reviews, show reviews and interviews (in person, phone and email). You would be expected to keep up to date with music and tour news and occasionally post these details in our news tab. No specific genre of music is preferred over another – we want to feature all artists, so the bigger your music taste the better.
What do I need to apply:
- Have a genuine enthusiasm and interest towards music
- Be 15 years old +
- Experience is not necessary but is preferred
- Have a basic knowledge of grammar and be confident when it comes to writing lengthy pieces
